A Whole Weekend's Worth

on friday, all of us had the day off from work so lana and i decided to take the day to explore some previously untouched parts of london. first of all, being the good clarkies that we are, we ventured to the house where freud lived in london and where his daughter anna (who went to clark) lived until she died.

then we went to the victoria & albert museum which was AMAZING and full of all sorts of fashion-y goodness. i would have liked it even better had it been some sort of rental gallery, but alas that is just wishful thinking...

then they had a "modern" display of furniture and technology and the like, and imagine my surprise when something that i myself have owned not even very long ago at all was already in a display at a museum!


on saturday, we walked around covent garden and watched this amusing magician who made uncomfortable sexual jokes throughout the entirety of this routine, and then we decided to venture to king's cross and platform 9 and 3/4 to see if there was any chance we could push through the magical barrier. unfortunately this did not work, but don't worry, my hope only diminished marginally.
